Enterprise Account Executive, Public Sector

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to support UKI who is driven, willing to take risks, and adaptable. You will be focusing on our Public Sector vertical and working with some of our largest customers which include Government departments, local authorities, and public services like the National Health Service. You will need to have worked with the GCloud14 and Crown Commercial Service platforms and have cultivated strong networks and relationships within the Public Sector space. This role will be instrumental in powering the Asana revenue engine through innovation & energy, consistently scaling our business and maximizing value for our customers. 

You'll join a talented team focused on helping our future Public Sector customers understand and leverage the power of Asana. This is a unique opportunity to take a bottom-up business model into the Enterprise space in a fast-growing category. We are looking for an experienced team player to join our UKI Enterprise team. You will be responsible for prospecting, landing and growing Public Sector enterprises. Part of your strategy will include raising our brand and awareness through events and building strategic relationships. 

This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You'll Achieve

  • Create and close new business opportunities within your book of business and named accounts
  • Develop and leverage both new and existing customer and internal stakeholder relationships to expand usage with teams and departments
  • Help Public Sector Enterprise organisations become more productive & collaborative by driving change through work management
  • Acting as a trusted advisor with excellent relationship building skills from C-level to end-users
  • Build trust + collaboration with your account + cross functional stakeholders e.g. SDRs, Channel, Deal Desk, Marketing, Professional Services, Solutions and Customer Success
  • Develop a quarterly plan to define the strategy for maximising revenue in your territory
  • Experiment with new processes that scale across Asana globally 

About you

  • Written and spoken fluency in English
  • Solid experience in a closing role - Ideally selling SaaS solutions & good experience selling in the Enterprise Sales space.
  • Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory with Large to Enterprise customers to maximise revenue growth. 
  • Being experienced in hunting new business/net new revenue and working with existing accounts to close large strategic deals
  • Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, and integrity.
  • Full sales-cycle management skills, from prospecting to close.
  • Experience working with internal marketing, business, and product teams to find efficient paths to successful and profitable customers.
  • Can establish clear goals and priorities for the business; translates strategy into action plans. Holds self and others accountable for performance goals; does what is needed to ensure the business consistently delivers with excellence.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between £96,800 - £123,200. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
