Channel Partner Lead, EMEA South

As an integral part of the Global Channel Partnerships Team at Asana, you will have a unique opportunity to spearhead an important part of the business as our EMEA South Channel Partnerships Lead. Reporting to and working closely with our Head of EMEA Channel Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Channel Business in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. You will engage with a range of Channel Partners, including Value-added Resellers and Solution Partners to Service Delivery and Tech Integration Partners, contributing to our mission of establishing the best Partner Program in the industry.

This role is based in our Paris office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve 

  • Develop and manage successful, profitable, and long-term customer relationships through our partner ecosystem, ensuring sustainable scaling paths.
  • Assume ownership of achieving your assigned quota by driving metrics in the EMEA South region.
  • Actively recruit and onboard partners in the region, hitting your OKRs by providing an engaging and insightful onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create organic regional plans and manage co-marketing activities, such as events and webinars.
  • Foster and support ongoing partner relationships by enabling them to offer post-sales services effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partners have the resources needed for success.
  • Build and execute successful hybrid (co-sell) motions in collaboration with our direct sales team.

About you

  • Proficient in English and French, with additional proficiency in Spanish, Italian or Portuguese
  • Skilled in setting thoughtful strategies and metrics and executing them.
  • Can spearhead major strategic initiatives and plans for execution.
  • Proven capability to build trust and respect across all working relationships, specifically with Tier 1, multi-regional partner leaders/stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the B2B/SaaS sales motion, with the ability to replicate it successfully when selling Asana through partners.
  • Experienced in working in a hybrid (co-sell) sales environment, closing deals, and interacting with mid-market and Enterprise segments.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to EMEA South-based organizations via partners.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €105,000 - €133,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
