Customer Marketing Manager, EMEA

We are seeking an experienced marketer who has a passion for cultivating the inspiring stories of how our customers are achieving their missions with the help of Asana. You'll work closely with our broader marketing, sales, and customer success teams to build relationships with strategic Asana customers. With a deep understanding of Asana use cases and customer value propositions, you'll develop the most relevant customer stories into written content, film, event speaking engagements, advertising, and media opportunities that support Asana’s key marketing narratives and celebrate our customer’s success. Reporting to the Head of Global Customer Marketing, your role will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, growing and strengthening customer relationships, and driving ARR growth.

This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

  • Nurture our customers into advocates by building and scaling relationships.
  • Act as primary liaison between customers and marketing teams, advocating for the best ways to evangelize customer success.
  • Collaborate with global sales and customer success teams to source customer stories that align with our brand and product narratives.
  • Create engaging customer content in multiple formats, such as case studies, customer films, event sessions, and original research.
  • Manage the EMEA customer advisory board and product council programs.
  • Ensure EMEA representation in the global customer awards program.
  • Work closely with revenue and marketing teams drive ongoing adoption of customer content and develop a feedback process for programmatic improvements.
  • Keep track of customer marketing trends to surface new ways to leverage customer voices.

About you

  • Skilled marketer with passion for customer storytelling that supports business outcomes.
  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys collaborating across teams to find the best customer story to support a business need.
  • Ability to multitask and operate independently while delivering great results.
  • More than 5 years of experience in marketing or public relations, with at least 2 years in customer marketing, content marketing, product marketing, or campaigns roles that focused on developing deep customer relationships and compelling stories.
  • B2B SaaS work experience would be an asset.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements and marketing activities.
  • Advocate for representation and inclusivity.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between £76,000-£96,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
