The People Team PMO plays a pivotal role in supporting employee-facing programs and project management initiatives within the People Team. Collaborating closely with functional leads, this position oversees end-to-end project management for various key people programs, including but not limited to: 

  • Growth & Impact
  • Off-cycle Promotions 
  • Open Enrollment
  • Self-service content and content maintenance (e.g., Slab)
  • Ad hoc short-term, cross-functional programs/projects 
  • People Program Calendar

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

Program & Project Management

  • Understand needs, design strategies, and develop or co-create content, materials, and communications
  • Develop project timelines and identify program deliverables, stakeholders, and dependencies.
  • Implement program efficiencies and provide regular updates to stakeholders through communication, presentations, and status reporting.
  • Ensure milestones are being met; proactively address issues and help team(s) pivot accordingly 
  • Develop change management plans, including communications, resources for managers and employees (e.g., content, Slack posts, Asana comms) 
  • Maintain clear, effective, and current internal resources and documentation.
  • Conduct program and project retrospectives and implement modifications for future iterations.

About you

  • Has the ability to forge effective relationships and manage stakeholder expectations in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing tasks as required.
  • Demonstrates superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Would benefit from familiarity with HR programs, operational processes, and systems, although functional expertise is not mandatory.

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $190,000 - $256,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
