Salesforce Developer - Core
Vancouver, BCApply nowWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud professional to design, implement, and optimize Core components on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve and design high performance and scalable solutions.
This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:
- Lead the end-to-end design of Sales Cloud features, including Lead/Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management, Forecasting, and Territory Management, with a focus on enterprise-scale performance.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated Apex Trigger Frameworks, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Custom APIs. You will ensure all code is bulk-safe, optimized for SOQL limits, and follows Enterprise Design Patterns.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance using profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Develop custom functionality using Triggers, Apex, Custom API, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Platform events etc
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to distributed development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and documentation.
- Operate in high-velocity Scrum environments and document complex solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
About you:
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with a heavy emphasis on Sales Cloud lifecycle and business processes.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Salesforce Apex Trigger Frameworks to ensure scalable, maintainable, and bulk-safe trigger logic.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model
- Strong understanding of Integration patterns and frameworks related to Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools like Gearset/Copado to manage source control, automated deployments, and release management
- Strong experience documenting solutions and good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-centric Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Service Cloud and a passion for improving support operations through scalable CRM solutions
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service experiences.
- You value clean design, automation over manual work, and continuous improvement.
- You take ownership of your work, proactively identify opportunities for optimization, and stay current with Salesforce releases and evolving service technologies
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, specifically building Prompts and AI-driven automation.
- 1+ years of experience in Java or Python, with the ability to apply cross-platform logic to Salesforce development
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $128,000-145,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
