Audio Visual Engineer - Event Support
San FranciscoApply nowAsana is looking for an experienced Audio Visual Engineer to join our IT Team and help manage AV and event operations across our worldwide offices. Based in our San Francisco office, working with a team, you will primarily oversee daily AV events and support our conference rooms globally.

Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams you partner with. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
- Train end users and develop on-the-fly solutions for events.

- Proficiency with event production and conferencing technology (Yamaha, Tricaster, Blackmagic ATEM, Neat, Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Zoom Rooms).
- Experience with collaboration and ticketing software (gSuite, Asana, Zendesk).
- Skilled in event coordination and project management with attention to detail.
- Comfortably and clearly able to communicate with executives, vendors and customers with varying levels of technical backgrounds.
- Effective communication skills and familiarity with presentation and media editing tools (gSlides, PowerPoint, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
