We are looking for a Solutions Demo Engineer to join the Solutions Center of Excellence at Asana.

In this role, you will leverage your product and technical knowledge, along with your expertise in workflows and integrations, to support strategic Demo Programs. Your key responsibility will be building and maintaining demo environments and use cases. These assets are crucial for helping customers fully understand how to maximize the value of their Asana instance.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with teams such as Solutions, Product, and Engineering Platform, and explore emerging technologies to ensure the demo assets remain relevant to our customers and are future-vision oriented. This collaboration will be impactful, focusing on improving existing workflows to enhance the efficiency of creating and launching demos.

This role is based in our Dublin office, following an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Product Marketing teams to design and deliver compelling demos that bring Asana’s value to life for prospects and customers.
  • Build and maintain demo environments that showcase current and future Asana workflows across industries and use cases.
  • Develop and document our strategic demo repository — ensuring demos are reliable, reusable, and easy to maintain.
  • Create engaging, self-guided demo experiences and supporting assets that help teams tell a consistent, impactful story at scale.
  • Translate real-world customer workflows into interactive demo experiences that highlight Asana’s impact on collaboration, productivity, and clarity.
  • Collaborate with Demo Engineers and cross-functional teams to improve demo tooling, automation, and storytelling — including opportunities to develop workflows that make creating and launching demos more efficient.
  • Explore emerging technologies (AI, automation, integrations) to enhance how we showcase Asana’s capabilities.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or pre-sales) or equivalent project experience through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
  • Curiosity about how APIs and SaaS tools integrate to power better workflows and collaboration.
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teammates.
  • A creative problem solver who enjoys learning how things work and finding better ways to show what’s possible.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excited about storytelling through technology and helping teams envision better ways to work.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

What we’ll offer:
