Team Mission: The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing.

We’re looking for a Global Campaigns Specialist to coordinate and execute demand generation programs with an emphasis on webinars and virtual events, supporting our Customer Acquisition and expanding post-sale motions (upsell/cross-sell). You’ll manage end-to-end campaign execution — planning, build, launch, optimization, and follow-up — collaborating with cross-functional partners across regions. You’ll turn inputs and requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders into operationally excellent programs, identify and mitigate risks, and build repeatable processes that scale our top-performing channels.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Own and scale the global webinar program (our top-performing channel): planning, speaker coordination, build, run-of-show, promotion, live execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Drive integrated demand gen campaigns across regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), partnering with strategic leads and field marketing
  • Create and maintain Salesforce campaign structures; ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across the funnel
  • Improve executional processes, runbooks, and checklists to increase velocity and quality; proactively manage timelines and risks
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (content, design, dev, sales) and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability
  • Support expansion into post-sale adoption, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns; operationalize testing and iterate based on results
  • Maintain and communicate the campaigns calendar and roadmap; sequence work to maximize impact

About you:

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
  • 3–5+ years in B2B tech demand generation or campaigns; in-house experience required (no agency-only backgrounds)
  • Hands-on ownership of webinars/virtual events end-to-end, including platforms, promotion, execution, and lead/lifecycle follow-up
  • Strong execution mindset; highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable with time-bound event cadences and changing inputs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce campaign management and marketing automation (e.g., Marketo or similar); able to QA data and workflows
  • Solid grasp of funnel metrics, sales motions, and lead management best practices; experience partnering closely with Sales/BDR
  • Experience working cross-functionally and globally; clear written/verbal communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience Cloud/Community, Zendesk, chatbot, or related customer experience tooling familiarity; basic understanding of build vs. buy and vendor onboarding processes

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
