We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to join Asana’s Revenue Technology (RevTech) team. RevTech is a key pillar within Asana’s Enterprise Technology function that is focused on supporting the Go-To-Market strategy and execution through managing the tools, technology, and data initiatives to drive growth and scale. In this role, you will support Asana's Sales, Support, and Retention business processes, systems, and tools.

The Enterprise Technology team supports insights with data and the technical systems that give our teams leverage to achieve their objectives. We work cross-functionally with Asana’s business teams to understand their goals and ensure they receive the data and technical support they need to flourish.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

  • Own systems & tooling needs for the business teams RevTech supports including Sales, Partnerships, Renewals, Customer Success, Professional Service and Customer Support with tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), PRM (Partner portal), Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (CX Portal), Clari,Outreach, Pocus, Traction Complete etc..
  • Review the current ‘Run the business’ requests - triage and prioritize. Troubleshoot and Debug issue, identify possible fix/workaround, write SOQL/SOSL Queries and perform Data Loads. Implement Permission and Configuration changes in the System. Provide guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability for Run requests
  • Own and support all the Revenue tools as the technical product owner; continuously reviewing the Run support enhancements and grooming them to get to the Run Engineering team.
  • Move fast to get the business up and running when there is any system impact.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners (Revenue, Field Teams, RevOps, FinOps, Enterprise Technology, R&D) to address system issues and change requests promptly, ensuring scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with the data & integrations team to identify & set up monitoring capabilities for the tool to proactively identify data errors & inaccuracies, pipeline failures, and recommend automation where necessary.
  • Build tight partnerships and alignment with pillar product managers to support execution of the prioritized roadmap by contributing to roadmap initiatives, system design & architecture decisions.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience working in an environment supporting enterprise business systems.
  • Ability to configure salesforce and understand/read complex salesforce logic Flows/Apex code. Salesforce Administrator experience and Certification is a Plus. 
  • Experience in Salesforce Force.com platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar tools. Technology experience with GainSight (or similar customer success solution), and IronClad (or similar CLM solutions) is a plus.
  • Able to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements. You have empathy for your customers, conduct user research, and have a deep understanding of the customer journey.
  • Able to think strategically about your product and how it fits into the larger picture of your company's goals and objectives. This means understanding market trends, competitive landscape, and how your product can differentiate itself in the market.
  •  deep understanding of Agile Methodology practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate the vision, goals, and requirements of your product to stakeholders, customers, and team members. You listen actively, ask good questions, and provide clear and concise feedback. You adapt your communication style to different audiences and situations.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 18,667 PLN - 23,833 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and  sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
