On the heels of Asana’s exponential channel partnerships’ growth, we are hiring a Partner Enablement  Specialist to support our APAC Channel Partnerships team. Channel Partnerships are critical for the company’s growth, and have proven successful as distribution channels, delivery of customer services, and additional revenue streams. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an important part of the business.

You are a strategic and structured thinker who enjoys building new processes, relationships, and experiences, while setting and driving towards long-term goals. You are resourceful and scrappy in order to build new processes and improve existing ones. You are comfortable with and enjoy developing partner relationships and executing cross-functional teamwork. This role specifically will be focused on training and onboarding Solutions Partners, Service Partners and Reseller across APAC to drive our co-sell, Partner Sourced, and Service Partner Programs.

This role is based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Mondays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:

  • Oversee the onboarding and welcome experience for new strategic partners in the APAC region. Coordinate, initiate and run end-to-end programmatic sessions for new partners
  • Deliver recurring onboarding, functional, and technical enablement sessions in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders 
  • Develop and optimize regional partner programming and enablement materials for different critical partner motions 
  • Work closely with APAC partner marketing to create partner-appropriate marketing materials and drive intra-partner engagement through various communications channels, events, and campaigns
  • Track and report key partner enablement success metrics to measure the effectiveness of partner enablement programs and continuously improve training and enablement processes
  • Lead internal efforts to ensure the APAC Asana sales and services team is enabled on key channel partner initiatives
  • Design and facilitate comms and webinars with updates regarding upcoming product launches, new marketing campaigns, and enablement sessions
  • Conceptualize and lead annual Asana APAC Partner events, bootcamps, keynotes, and awards 

About you:

  • 4+ years in a similar role within an international / B2B SaaS company
  • Passionate about creating best-in-class learning experiences and engaging communities
  • Thoughtful about the plans for content and experiences you create, while also able to hustle, execute, and iterate on those plans
  • Knowledgeable about the B2B SaaS sales and services motions, and able to ensure that partners can successfully replicate those when representing Asana
  • Balanced in developing short-term solutions and celebrating small wins, while iterating and optimizing partner learning experiences and community for the long-term
  • A creative thinker who drives new ideas to build and enable the Asana partnership ecosystem 
  • Able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic and increasingly global environment
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
  • Ability to travel regionally

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $163,000 AUD - $207,000 AUD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
