Asana is here to help. To set your team up for success, we’ve compiled a list of remote work best practices, key integrations, and live help. With these resources, help your team connect and collaborate from anywhere.
Try these best practices to keep your team connected, even as you work remotely.
Make sure your entire team is using Asana while they work from home. That way, everyone has clarity on team priorities, task owners, and project due dates.
Add tasks to multiple projects so everyone can find the information they need.
If you don’t already, make sure you’re sending weekly status updates. Keep team members and stakeholders up to date on completed tasks, new initiatives, and blocked projects.
Set a weekly reminder to send out status updates in a project’s Progress tab.
Manage your work, feedback, and requests in one place. Leave task comments to ask for more details, or add stakeholders as collaborators so they’re updated in real-time.
Use @mentioning in a comment to tag a team member, task, or project.
