Digital, Organic Growth Strategist

You'll combine traditional SEO expertise with next-generation optimization strategies for AI overviews, LLM-based search, and conversational search experiences. This role requires staying ahead of a rapidly changing search ecosystem while maintaining brand excellence and fostering cross-functional relationships.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve:
- Support the development and execution of SEO strategies, including technical initiatives, content strategy, and experiments for both traditional and AI-powered search
- Contribute to driving organic traffic, signups, and revenue through strategic implementations across search surfaces
- Optimize content for AI overviews, featured snippets, and LLM search results
- Implement strategies for visibility in Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms
- Support the development of content strategies that perform in traditional SERP and AI-generated responses
- Support strategic initiatives for optimizing technical elements f our digital properties (including site speed, core web vitals, crawl-ability, structured data, interlinks, crawl errors, crawl budget/bandwidth)
- Support strategies for search visibility across multimodal search (voice, visual, conversational)
- Monitor organic performance across traditional and AI-powered search platforms, track brand visibility and citation rates, and deliver actionable performance reports and insights
- Ensure compliance with Google Search requirements and best practices
- Stay ahead of search algorithm updates and Generative Engine Optimization evolution. Monitor and adapt to AI search platform guidelines and requirements, ensuring that Asana content adapts to emerging search landscapes
About you
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- 5+ years of SEO experience in both technical and content strategy, working with complex websites
- Analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and data interpretation
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Comfortable presenting SEO recommendations and technical concepts across teams
- Proven ability to deliver organic results while maintaining brand integrity
- Proficiency in BI and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Botify and SEMRush
- Understanding of AI search analytics and monitoring tools, and how LLMs process and retrieve information
- Experience optimizing for Quick Answers, AI overviews, LLMs, and zero-click search environments
- Adaptability to evolving search algorithms and digital marketing trends
- Familiarity with conversational search optimization
- B2B SaaS environment experience is a plus
- Familiarity with freemium/self-serve business models
- International SEO strategy expertise
- Web development knowledge
- UX principles understanding
- Background in computational linguistics or information science
- Contributions to SEO community discussions on AI search
- Experience with for E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) in the AI era
- Knowledge of API integration for tracking AI search platform performance
- Experience with GEO tools such as Profound, Athena, SEOClarity ArcAI

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 18 300 - 20 800 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
