At Asana, we’re building work management software to help every organization in the world become more effective in working together and realizing their goals. Our Business Development team plays a critical role in helping the world’s teams thrive by adopting Asana - as both a technology product and a holistic way of working.

We’re looking for an ambitious, people-first Business Development Manager to lead our Outbound Business Development team in EMEA. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building and scaling outbound pipeline programs that power our growth. You’ll lead a team of high-potential BDRs, helping them develop into exceptional pipeline generators and future AEs, while working closely with cross-functional teams to evolve our outbound strategy.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about both the mechanics of outbound and the development of people. If you love coaching, building scalable systems, and driving results through structure and experimentation, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Lead and scale a high-performing team of Outbound BDRs, with a focus on developing talent through structured coaching, feedback, and growth plans.
  • Drive oubound pipeline generation strategy: define and iterate on outbound programs, including ICP targeting, messaging frameworks, sequencing, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Build repeatable systems that consistently deliver qualified pipeline - you’ll own the playbooks, KPIs, and process improvements that drive scalable growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Field Readiness, and Regional Leaders to align on outbound programs, campaign execution, and feedback loops.
  • Be a cultural leader, helping build an inclusive, high-performance team aligned to our mission and values

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams in high-growth B2B SaaS companies, ideally across multiple regions.
  • Proven success in building and scaling outbound pipeline generation motions, with deep knowledge of prospecting best practices, outreach tactics, and conversion levers.
  • A proven coach: passionate about developing people, giving clear feedback and nurturing career growth.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity - you bring clarity and focus to evolving environments.
  • A collaborative and transparent communicator with strong cross-functional influence.
  • A second EMEA language is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Based in Dublin or open to hybrid working from our Dublin office.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
