As part of the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team, you'll play a pivotal pre-sales role that partners with Account Executives to drive growth and retention in the company's most strategic enterprise accounts. You are responsible for expanding annual recurring revenue (ARR) while minimizing churn by fostering long-term, healthy partnerships through strategic, value-driven engagements. Acting as a technical expert, you will craft and present tailored solutions that showcase competitive differentiation and align with both executive and end-user needs. By leveraging deep knowledge of AI, large language models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and collaborative work management, you enable clients to achieve their business objectives while ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing success. This role requires exceptional communication, prioritization, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder goals to deliver impactful outcomes. For this remote field role, candidates are preferred to live within Eastern Standard Time.

This role can either be fully remote depending on which US state you live in, or based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You’ll Achieve:

  • Develop and implement account strategies with Account Executives and supporting business partners to drive ARR growth and ensure long-term client success.
  • Lead pre-sales technical activities and presentations, encompassing solution design, discovery, and detailed demonstrations to meet client needs.
  • Craft customized solutions presented as compelling narratives that align with client requirements and enterprise goals.
  • Support competitive bids by addressing RFPs, conducting security assessments, and coordinating product roadmap discussions.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders, aligning their goals with strategic account objectives.
  • Utilize deep AI knowledge and prompt design to showcase advanced solutions that guide clients in optimal decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT, PMO, and Marketing teams to adapt solutions for enterprise workflows and diverse functional needs.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable, providing technical guidance for adoption and long-term success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related domain. Advanced certifications in AI or cloud technologies are beneficial.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
  • Technical proficiency in AI technologies, LLMs, and prompt engineering, applicable to real enterprise use cases.
  • Knowledge of collaborative work management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet and similar, alongside program management know-how.
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively translate technical concepts into actionable client narratives.
  • Proven interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and fostering trusted client relationships.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities to address client needs in dynamic environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles through technical guidance and strategic contributions.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $259,000 - $305,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
