Lifecycle Operations Specialist, Campaigns

The Lifecycle Operations team is responsible for achieving revenue targets by optimizing the customer journey through operational programs and actionable insights. We’re looking for a Lifecycle Operations Specialist, Campaigns to support our marketing operations efforts, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns, the lead funnel and the management of key marketing assets.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve
- Support global marketing and technology stakeholders to execute event, webinar, email and web asset campaigns following standard processes.
- Manage campaign assets in Marketo, Salesforce and Cvent, including landing pages, forms and emails.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain and optimize campaign process documentation.
- Identify pain points in current processes and articulate reasons for necessary changes.
- Support ongoing improvements and enhancements to Lifecycle Operations initiatives such as email compliance and governance, preference management, audience segmentation and experimentation.
- Support the Lead Funnel team with requirement gathering, data analysis, documentation and optimizations.
- Experience growth and development through opportunities to stretch and learn.

- Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred but not required.

For this role, the estimated salary range is between 9 000 - 11 100 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the compensation range for this role may be modified.
