Tech Lead - Comms Integrations

We work closely with UI designers and are supported by our infrastructure team. We aim to delight users with both large new features and smaller, daily product enhancements—thanks to our continuous deployment architecture. We want to create a superlative user experience, down to the smallest details.
As a product-focused Tech Lead on our Communications Integrations team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative product features that connect users in seamless and secure ways. You will be part of a highly collaborative team where you will tackle challenges that span various aspects of our codebase, enhancing key integrations with platforms such as Slack, MS Teams, GMail, and more. Together, our work strengthens the highest impact, highest visibility parts of our app, like invitations, sharing, and permissioning.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.
Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.
What you’ll achieve
- Lead a team of full stack engineers, inspiring technical mastery and growth.
- Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with the team's roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and technical alignment.
- Provide expert technical guidance and feedback on cross-team initiatives.
- Partner with product, design, and data science to address customer needs and align with business goals.
- Mentor engineers by promoting technical excellence through activities like code reviews and team tech talks.
- Represent Engineering in roadmap discussions and contribute to strategic decisions.
About you
- 5+ years of software development experience with expertise in full stack engineering.
- Technical mastery in programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Scala, and React.
- Passion for mentoring and fostering a collaborative and psychologically safe team environment.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience with risk management and planning.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 29,000 PLN - 47,167 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
