Asana Ambassadors at the Work Innovation Summit:

Hello Asana Ambassador community! 

We are excited to see you at the Work Innovation Summit in New York City on October 22, 2024. Together, we will dive into the new era of work so we can prepare to address today’s unique workplace challenges. 

There is so much to look forward to, including expert-led sessions, hands-on activations, and opportunities to connect with other leaders and industry peers. 

Show your excitement for the Work Innovation Summit by entering one of the contests below and you may receive an award! Keep reading for more information. 

Contests: 

• Post a video 📹

  • Show your excitement for the Work Innovation Summit by posting a video to your public Instagram or Tiktok accounts. Don’t be afraid to express yourself and engage your audience! 

  • How to enter: In the caption, tag @asana and include the hashtags: #AsanaAmbassador #asanaWIS24

  • Prize: Three individuals will win a $100 Visa gift card. 

• Post this image 🏙️

  • Post one of the “See you at the Summit” images below to your public Instagram or Linkedin accounts. We want to hear your voice! Get creative with your own caption. 

  • How to enter: In the caption, tag @asana and include the hashtags: #AsanaAmbassador #asanaWIS24

  • Prize: Two individuals will win an Asana travel mug. 

• Repost with caption 🔁

  • Search Asana’s LinkedIn page for posts that reference movies with the hashtag: #AsanaWIS24 and repost it with your original caption. 

  • How to enter: Include the hashtags: #AsanaAmbassador #asanaWIS24You will be automatically entered into the contest after reposting.  

  • Prize: Three individuals will win Asana-branded socks. 

Evaluation of video contest submissions: 

Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges for creativity, enthusiasm, and alignment with Asana’s mission. The judging panel includes members of Asana’s Content Team. 

Deadline: 

The contests will be open from September 16, 2024 until October 16, 2024. 

Notification: 

Prize recipients will be notified by October 18, 2024 by email, and prizes will be available for pick up at the Work Innovation Summit on October 22, 2024. Any failure of a recipient to accept the prize in person at the Work Innovation Summit will result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event that a winner forfeits or is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected among all remaining eligible entries.

Restrictions: 

Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Asana’s sole discretion. 

Privacy: 

The contents of your submission will be visible to other Asana Ambassadors, Asana employees, and the general public. Please refrain from posting confidential information.
