Product Manager, Contextual Data & Integrations

WarsawApply now

We are looking for a strategic and technical Product Manager to join our growing Warsaw product hub. As the third PM hire for the Asana for Service team, you will own the integrations and contextual data workstream—a critical pillar for our General Availability (GA) milestone in November 2026 and our longer-term agentic AI vision.

Asana for Service is building a modern, AI-native ITSM/ESM product designed to replace legacy tools. Your mission is to build the "knowledge layer" that allows our AI to draw from a rich, connected base of information—both natively in Asana and from external tools like Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Zendesk. This role is foundational to achieving our goal of a >50% AI ticket deflection rate.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (standard in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday). Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Define and ship the integrations required to ingest and query knowledge from external sources (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive, ServiceNow) to power AI deflection.
  • Partner with AI and engineering teams to improve how internal Asana data is indexed and retrieved.
  • Work with platform partners to establish efficient, extensible patterns for building future connectors.
  • Build the context "plumbing" for future agentic workflows, ensuring AI agents have the data access needed to take actions across systems like Okta, Workday, or Jira.
  • Develop tools to help customers migrate ticket history and KB content from legacy ITSM tools into Asana.
  • As one of the first hires in the Warsaw office for this team, you will help shape the local culture and working style.

About You:

  • 4–7 years of PM experience, ideally with exposure to platform, API, or integration-heavy products.
  • Comfortable having detailed technical conversations about APIs, data schemas, retrieval pipelines, and access controls.
  • Experience building on or working with AI/ML capabilities, with a conceptual understanding of retrieval, indexing, and embeddings.
  • Able to translate vague customer needs into a prioritized, sequenced set of product bets and navigate "build vs. connect" tradeoffs.
  • Ability to navigate complex data governance and security concerns (identity, access controls) raised by enterprise IT customers.
  • Strong written communication for async global work and the ability to build deep trust with engineering partners.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

What we’ll offer

  • Generous, transparent and fair compensation system
  • Contract of Employment (and the option of  50% tax deductible costs for author’s rights usage in respect of  applicable roles )
  • Health insurance with dental and travel coverage (Lux Med)
  • Meals reimbursement on the days that you work from the office
  • Career growth budget
  • Home office setup budget
  • Gym/Fitness reimbursement
  • Fertility healthcare and family-forming support with Carrot
  • Mental Health Support in Modern Health
  • Group life insurance
  • MacBooks with all necessary accessories

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $25,000 - $31,000 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
