You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our employee programs are localized, relevant, and impactful for our international communities, enabling our global teams to achieve their business goals.

The People Team at Asana works to enable all Asanas to achieve our goals as a company in a way that is consistent with our values. We focus on recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that everyone can thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Our work supports Asana’s broader mission: to help humanity thrive by enabling all teams to collaborate seamlessly and effectively.

This role will be based in our Warsaw office and reports directly to the Head of Learning and Development.

Our Warsaw office follows an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.

What you’ll achieve:

You will strategically scale and embed learning across our international organization, ensuring programs are relevant and drive business outcomes. In this role, you will:

  • Shape the global L&D strategy by bringing forward international insights, trends, and regional needs. Account for country-specific cultural, legal, and talent market differences when designing and deploying programs. Own the deployment strategy for all employee learning programs, ensuring they are culturally relevant and resonant for our diverse global workforce.
  • Be the face of learning and development in EMEA: Deliver all instructor-led programming across the EMEA region, including company onboarding, manager onboarding, leadership development, and targeted team interventions.
  • Lead cross-functional global initiatives and mentor L&D team members to strengthen the team’s operating model and delivery standards. As an example, own the evolution of GrowthCon, our regionalized company-wide career growth conference, managing all aspects from strategy and content development to successful regional delivery.
  • Drive regional adoption of strategic learning initiatives through targeted change management efforts and stakeholder engagement. Build cross-functional alignment across HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and regional leadership to ensure the People Development strategy aligns with local talent needs and growth objectives.
  • Identify and champion emerging learning methodologies, technologies, and AI-forward approaches that elevate global employee development.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive global strategy: Establish key metrics and rigorous reporting mechanisms to measure the success, regional impact, and ROI of all international people development programs. Build and present regional insights dashboards to senior leadership, using data to influence global program investment and prioritization.

About you:

We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager who possesses a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution expertise, with a passion for global learning excellence.

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Program Management, specifically within a multinational or global organization.
  • Proven expertise in designing and scaling global learning programs, with direct experience in localization and regional cultural adaptation.
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for using AI to automate and optimize program workflows.
  • A strong consultative approach, demonstrated by successfully partnering with senior business leaders to translate organizational challenges into effective development solutions.
