Field Readiness & Sales Program Manager
ChicagoApply nowWe are seeking a Field Readiness & Sales Program Manager to join our AMER Field Readiness team. This hybrid role blends the responsibilities of a Field Readiness Partner and a Sales Program Manager, ensuring our sellers are fully enabled to drive growth in our expansion and top accounts segments.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building sales readiness programs, partnering with leaders to align on strategy, and orchestrating cross-functional sales programs that scale pipeline generation and account success. You will act as a trusted partner to AMER Sales Leadership, ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and programs needed to deliver revenue growth and customer impact.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Partner with AMER Sales Leadership to assess skill gaps, readiness needs, and growth opportunities across Expansion teams.
- Design, deliver, and facilitate impactful enablement programs (methodology adoption, discovery, competitive plays, pitch/demo certifications) while driving field adoption of sales plays, tools, and processes through coaching and reinforcement.
- Develop and execute repeatable sales programs tailored for AMER, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals and measurable impact on pipeline and productivity.
- Manage program execution end-to-end — including planning, rollout, adoption, reporting, and optimization.
- Act as the “voice of the field” to Global Enablement and cross-functional partners (Product Marketing, Operations, Strategy), surfacing insights to shape future programs, content, and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of AMER sales priorities.
- Support continuous learning and scalable readiness efforts across AMER to ensure sellers are consistently equipped to win.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, readiness, or sales program management (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
- Proven success designing and executing sales readiness programs and cross-functional sales programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise and expansion sales motions, including pipeline generation, qualification, and account planning
- Data-driven problem solver who leverages insights to drive decisions and measure impact
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative partner who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $137,000 - $156,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
