Marketing Manager, Marketplace & Strategic Partnerships
San FranciscoApply nowWe’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies that enhance Asana’s visibility and value proposition through partner channels. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create joint marketing plans and orchestrate go-to-market initiatives. You will join a dynamic and globally dispersed team dedicated to accelerating Asana's growth and market reach through partnerships and fostering a thriving ecosystem.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:
- Develop and implement strategic partner marketing plans that amplify Asana’s market presence and align with partner goals.
- Collaborate with partners to build and manage effective co-marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, and content marketing.
- Lead and manage comprehensive joint go-to-market planning and execution to drive successful partner marketing recruitment and retention.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, facilitating seamless collaboration and growth.
- Provide partners with training and enablement materials to ensure effective marketing of Asana’s products and solutions.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and enhance the impact of marketing efforts.
- Represent Asana in partner meetings, industry events, and joint initiatives to foster strong alliances and visibility.
About you:
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You have 7+ years of experience in partner marketing or related fields, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- You have a strong track record in developing and implementing successful partner-driven marketing strategies.
- Your excellent communication and relationship-building skills allow you to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- You possess an analytical mindset, focusing on data-driven decision-making and measuring program effectiveness.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about driving business growth through innovative partnerships.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $146,000 - $166,000 The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
