Partner Program Manager
San FranciscoApply nowOn the back of Asana’s exponential global growth, we are hiring a Partner Program Manager to join our global channel team. Channel Partnerships are critical for the company’s success and this is an exciting opportunity to build an important part of the business.
The Partner Program Manager will contribute to the implementation and execution of Asana's partner program initiatives. In this role, you will help manage key elements of our partner program to support revenue growth, enhance partner profitability, and ensure a positive partner experience with Asana. You will report to the Global Partner Program Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global offices.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
What you'll achieve:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive global partner program that drives recruitment and onboarding of a strong network of Solutions, Services, Technology and Integration Partners.
- Design and oversee a menu of partner benefits and incentives that motivates top-performing partners and enhances the value of the partner program.
- Help maintain program structure elements including partner tiering, rules of engagement, qualification processes, and training standards.
- Collaborate with regional teams to track partner performance against established metrics and support partner success initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation of training and certification programs that develop partner capabilities.
- Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Work with the global channels team to gather program requirements and ensure consistent communication across regional channel teams.
- Collaborate with Channel Strategy and Operations to implement process improvements and enhance program scalability.
- Maintain documentation for program policies and processes.
- Contribute to community-building initiatives including partner events and forums.
About you:
- 3-5 years of experience in partner programs, channel management, partner success, or similar roles in B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of channel operations, sales strategies, partner business models, and partner lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting partner onboarding, enablement, and development processes.
- Familiarity with channel services and partner engagement strategies for account management and growth.
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Experience with at least one channel sales motion (co-sell, resell, or distributor)
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and build relationships remotely
- Balanced approach to implementing immediate solutions while supporting long-term program optimization

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $160,000- $181,600. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
