IT Support Specialist
WarsawApply nowAsana is seeking an experienced IT Deployment & Logistics Specialist for our growing office in Warsaw. You will play a critical role in supporting our team globally.
You are someone who asks questions, is confident in not knowing everything, and would rather collaborate with others than go it alone. You are crisp and detail oriented, but able to work outside of the boundaries when necessary. On top of your proven history of success, you have a passion for technology and, like us, you value hard work and fun in equal measure.
This role will be based in our Warsaw office, which follows an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve
- Assist in the ordering process for a diverse portfolio of IT Hardware
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems with Apple and Windows products, including phones, tablets, desktops and laptops
- Deploy desk setups for new employees
- Build and deploy new laptops and mobile devices using standard deployment tools (JAMF, Intune, Airwatch)
- Onsite printer / copier support
- Coordinate inventory tracking efforts for IT hardware ordered at all Asana locations
- Coordinate shipping and receiving needs for IT, including hardware assigned to remote employees, hardware returned to IT, special order requests, RMAs and repairs of all IT hardware
- Coordinate IT’s eWaste remediation process
About you:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Deployment & Logistics role
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for current hardware and peripherals for Apple and Windows systems
- A positive, service-oriented attitude
- Solid problem solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) as needed
- Experience with asset management software, hardware tracking and organization
- Experience using and managing ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems, particularly Asana, Zendesk or similar
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 6,000 - 6,665 PLN PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
