Salesforce QA Engineer

Asana’s RevTech QA team is looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join our ranks and help with keeping Asana’s internal systems up to industry standards as well as expectations of our Business Users. We are looking for an Engineer comfortable working in alignment to the CET  timezone.  Asana’s Revenue Technology (RevTech) QA team is seeking a talented Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring Asana’s internal systems maintain the highest industry standards and meet the expectations of our business users. This position requires comfort working in alignment with the CET timezone.

This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:

• Perform manual and automated testing of internal Asana systems built on Salesforce
• Create and maintain comprehensive Test Cases 
• Analyze the technical and business requirements provided to create a viable testing approach
• Create informative bug tickets and track their fix cycle in Asana
• Leverage Cursor AI to create and maintain automated Test Cases
• Support QA team communication with Engineering management and Business stakeholders in PST time zone

About you:

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
• Tested, developed or administrated internal company systems built on Salesforce or similar CRM solutions. 
• Participated in CPQ implementation or enhancement
• Passionate about understanding the systems and tools that you work with
• Team player that understands the impact and value of what you contribute
• Passionate about learning or improving your knowledge in Python and using it in your work.
• Previous experience with QA tools like Test Case Management systems, Automated testing frameworks will be helpful.
• Knowledge and understanding of Web technologies (APIs, endpoints, integrations between cloud-based systems) will be an added advantage.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $136,000–155,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
