As part of the Enterprise Data & Intelligence (EDI) team, you will play a key role in enabling company-wide data-informed decision making. Business and Product teams rely on our data assets to analyze and optimize user adoption, growth, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and collaboration skills. They should be able to quickly understand business priorities and proactively develop and enhance tools and automations that support those priorities.

This role is based in our brand new Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you'll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Oversee deployment operations, ensuring all operational procedures are met.
  • Perform data deep-dives, e.g. to understand the root cause of discrepancies.
  • Own the data quality domain, focussing on automated processes and their coverage.
  • Handle and prioritise incoming user requests, including management of platform access.
  • Manage and improve CI/CD processes, including building new ones as needed.
  • Maintain and improve our processes through comprehensive documentation.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all existing documentation.

About you:

  • Experience in IT operations or a related technical field.
  • Proficient in SQL. Knowledge of a modern programming language would be a plus.
  • Familiar with deployment operations and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail for process documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of effective prioritisation of user requests effectively, focussing on business value.
  • Proactive self-starter with a proven ability to identify opportunities and execute them effectively.
  • Familiar with cloud-based data processing and storage technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS S3, Spark, Airflow
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 19,417 PLN - 23,000 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
