At Asana, our teams around the world are focused on one mission: helping teams work together effortlessly. In our Warsaw office, that mission comes to life through the people building the product experiences our customers rely on every day. We sat down with Mishka Belibassakis, a Product Manager on our Mobile team, to learn more about her role, what brought her to Asana, and how she’s thinking about the future of work—especially in the age of AI.
As a Product Manager for Mobile, Mishka leads product strategy and discovery for Asana’s mobile apps. Her work centers on ensuring what we build solves real customer problems, drives business value, and supports Asana’s broader direction.
“I work closely with design and engineering to create a cohesive experience that helps teams stay connected and productive on the go,” she shared. “It’s about making sure our customers can move work forward anytime, from anywhere.”
For Mishka, joining Asana Warsaw felt like a natural fit.
“As a PM, I value clarity, focus, and turning chaos into structure—so Asana’s mission immediately resonated with me,” she said. “It isn’t just something we say; it’s truly embedded in the product. Every day, I see how our work empowers teams to move faster with alignment and confidence.”
The Mobile team works across a wide variety of features, collaborating deeply with their counterparts across the company to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences. But one project recently stood out.
“Launching time tracking in the mobile app has been one of the most exciting things I’ve worked on,” she said. “I led discovery and partnered closely with customers and cross-functional teams to create an intuitive experience. It’s meaningful because it helps users capture their work anytime—perfectly aligned with our mission to enable effortless teamwork.”
This year, Asana is focused more than ever on delivering customer value—and the Mobile team plays a major role in that.
“My work directly supports our customers by focusing on features that solve real problems and enhance productivity wherever they are,” she explained. “Through discovery, feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration, we make sure our mobile apps feel seamless and intuitive, helping teams stay aligned and efficient on the go.”
When asked how Asana supports her career aspirations, she pointed to the company’s culture of ownership, learning, and impact.
“Asana provides clear paths for growth within product management,” she said. “The culture encourages curiosity, initiative, and meaningful impact—without unnecessary politics or bureaucracy. I’m empowered to lead projects that matter, collaborate across teams, and develop both strategic and leadership skills.”
Like many at Asana, she’s excited about how AI is reshaping work.
“The most exciting aspect is how AI can automate routine tasks and free up more time for creative and strategic work,” she shared. “I’m curious about how AI tools will enhance productivity without overwhelming users—making work smarter and more adaptive to individual needs.”
