Tom Berquist has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2026. He brings nearly 20 years of executive experience in enterprise software, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cloud Software Group. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of TIBCO Software and held CEO and CFO roles at Alludo and Saba Software. Mr. Berquist currently serves on the board of Qualys, Inc., where he chairs the Audit Committee, and as a value accelerator advisor to the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Equity Portfolio. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade on Wall Street acting as a Managing Director of Software Equity Research at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Piper Sandler, covering major enterprise, cloud, and security software companies, as well as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting.
