Marc Boroditsky has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2025. Since May 2025, Mr. Borodistky has served as Chief Revenue Officer of Nebius, an AI infrastructure company. Mr. Boroditsky previously served as President of Revenue at Cloudflare, Inc., a global cloud services provider, from November 2022 to August 2024. Prior to that, he served in a variety of senior management roles at Twilio Inc., a cloud communication platform, beginning in February 2015, including as Chief Revenue Officer from July 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Boroditsky co-founded a number of technology companies. Mr Boroditsky has served on the board of directors of OneSpan Inc., an identity verification and electronic signature company, since June 2019. Mr. Boroditsky attended the University of California San Diego where he studied management science.
