Aziz Megji is Asana's Chief Financial Officer, leading financial planning and strategy, accounting, capital markets, corporate development, and investor relations. He serves as a close partner to the CEO and board on capital allocation and long-range planning. Before becoming CFO, Aziz was Head of Strategic Finance and FP&A at Asana. Prior to that, he was SVP of Finance at RingCentral, where he led financial strategy, investor relations, and strategic partnerships. He has also held senior roles in corporate development at NVIDIA and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, driving M&A and strategic investments across enterprise software, AI, and infrastructure. Aziz began his career in investment banking and private equity and holds a B.S.B.A. from Bucknell University.
