  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
  • Thoughtful about the strategy and metrics you set, but also able to hustle and execute on those plans. This role is very hands-on and you enjoy that

  • Knowledgeable about building partnership programs that scale across many partners and countries
  • Knowledgeable about the B2B SaaS sales motion
  • Balanced in developing short-term solutions and celebrating small wins, while iterating and optimising partner operations and experience for the long-term
  • A creative thinker who drives new ideas to build the Asana partnership ecosystem beyond traditional models. Willing to experiment, learn and share learnings across the team
  • Fluency in English
