EMEA Content & Campaigns Manager

We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing.
Join our dynamic Revenue Marketing team as we redefine the campaigns landscape. We're in search of a visionary who can help us scale our campaigns and content out of our HQ in San Francisco to drive business impact in EMEA. You’ll report into the Head of International Field Marketing and be a dotted line to the Global Campaigns team. You will collaborate closely with local field marketers, PMM, Customer Marketing, Paid Media and more to deliver world class marketing campaigns.
This role is based in Paris with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll do
- Work with global campaigns and global content teams identify assets for localisation in alignment with EMEA GTM priorities
- Work with Field Marketing and PMM to adapt global content themes for EMEA market
- Brief assets and aligned paid media ads into localisation, managing review process with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality assets are created for EMEA
- Run local webinars in alignment with global campaigns teams (re-recording global webinars in local language with local teams where relevant)
- Managing promotional plans for local webinars and campaigns digitally and with Field Marketing
About you
- 5+ years of extensive experience in managing end to end integrated campaigns
- Fluency in English, French & German preferred
- EMEA experience and understanding of different markets
- In-depth understanding of scaling content and campaigns out of America into EMEA
- Strong project management skills with a robust organizational ability, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- High EQ, with the ability to foster collaboration and influence cross-functional teams, complemented by exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Asana, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau and Marketo a plus

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €84,000 - €106,000 The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
