Our global Enterprise Technology team is looking for a Warsaw Enterprise Technology Leader to lead, refine, and expand our revenue technology stack while managing the Business Systems that support our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams. The role will report to our Chief Information Officer, Head of Enterprise Technology & Information Technology.

This role is based in our Warsaw, Poland office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. Responsibilities:

The Warsaw Enterprise Technology Leader integrates strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute on the Revenue organization's global strategy, drive innovation, and ensure business results. You'll be tasked with analyzing business needs, recommending and implementing revenue technology tools, defining and driving long-term business systems and technology strategy.

What you’ll achieve

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project outcomes with Revenue objectives.
  • Partner with global teams in Sales Operations and Sales Strategy to overcome global prospecting, lead routing, and account management challenges, among others.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, BI, Integrations, and data science teams to build a cohesive, unified view of revenue data.
  • Understand and implement industry best practices for platforms like SFDC, Databricks, Marketo etc .
  • Identify and automate time-consuming internal processes while managing changing priorities to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Lead projects from ideation to enablement ensuring the highest adoption and success rates.
  • Take ownership of global processes, including support, maintenance, and documentation. Drive system governance to maintain integrity and performance of various platforms.
  • Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce Developers and Enterprise Data Intelligence in Warsaw, Poland.

About you

  • Degree in a relevant field with 10 years of relevant technical experience
  • 5 years of management experience, including experience in process and system development on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with business process improvement in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Strong experience with Databricks, Outreach, Marketo, LeanData, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Drift will be beneficial.
  • The candidate should also possess clear technical writing and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of database and integration approaches is needed as well as the ability to write medium complexity SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, SOX) is preferable.
