What is Visor?
Provide visibility across your portfolio of projects using Visor, a modern and beautiful portfolio management tool. Import multiple Asana projects in minutes to create colorful roadmaps and reports that you can share with clients or stakeholders. Visor's bi-directional Asana integration is easy to use, allowing you to visualize and share accurate project data without manual upkeep.
Color-code, format, and filter your data in Visor's spreadsheet-like Table view. From there, you can transform your Asana project data into a beautiful Gantt chart, dashboard, or capacity-planning chart you can share with anyone. Visor also lets you combine data from multiple SaaS apps, such as Jira and Salesforce.
How to connect Visor + Asana?
- Register for a free Visor account (no credit card needed)
- Select "Connect to Asana" during onboarding or (if already registered) when hitting "New Workbook"
- Give Visor access to authorize Asana
- Choose Asana fields you want to import into Visor
- Configure import settings in Visor by choosing which Asana projects you want to import
- Once Asana data is in your workbook, you can add formatting, filtering, and custom fields.
- Click "New View" to turn your Asana project data into a Gantt, Dashboard, Timeline chart or Board view
- Once your Asana project data is presented the way you like, click "Share" to give others access
