How to connect SwiftApprove + Asana?

Steps to test:

  1. Log in to the application https://swiftapprove-stage.netlify.app/
  2. Navigate to the integrations page https://swiftapprove-stage.netlify.app/integrations
  3. Turn on Asana integration - This will take you through the connection process
  4. Return to Asana integration and select "View configuration"
  5. Select the workspace you want to connect your account with
  6. Select the projects you want to connect your SwiftApprove workspace with (You might have to create a project on Asana)
  7. Save your changes

Commenting on an approval request:

  1. Go to Workspaces and select one.
  2. Create an approval request - while creating it, turn on the toggle to link with Asana
  3. After creation, check your Asana project linked with the SwiftApprove workspace. You should have a new task created under To Do.
  4. Add a comment on the approval request content, and the ticket should move to "In Progress".
  5. Approving the SwiftApprove's approval request, the ticket should move to "Approved".
