What is Kawach.AI?
Kawach.AI is a GRC platform which continuously monitors the Asana workspace to ensure that only entitled users have access to the workspace as per the organization's access policies. If any user exits the organization or their role changes such that they no longer need access to Asana, this is flagged and the admins are notified for remedial action. Kawach.AI also helps present this compliance with access management policies as evidence during security and privacy audits.
How to connect Kawach.AI + Asana?
- Navigate to Integrations in Kawach.AI.
- Log in to your Kawach.AI account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- Click Create.
- Locate Asana from the list of available integrations.
- Click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Asana sign-in page.
- Sign in using your work account.
- Personal accounts cannot be used for this integration.
- Review the permissions requested by Kawach.AI.
- Approve the connection.
- You will be redirected to the Kawach.AI Integrations page showing the Asana integration.
