2. Log In to Your Foxit Account. In the authentication pop-up, enter the Foxit credentials. Click "Sign In".
3. Grant Access to Asana. Allow Foxit PDF Editor Cloud to access your Asana workspace when prompted.
4. Add Foxit to Your Project. Open your Asana project. Click the "Customize" button (top-right) → Select "Add app". Search for "Foxit PDF Editor Cloud" → Click "Add".
5. Attach & Collaborate on PDFs. Open an Asana task → Click the Foxit PDF icon → Select a PDF from your Foxit’s file storage. All comments, edits, and versions sync automatically. Open the PDF from the task to review updates.
