With this app, users can connect their Asana account to EDRMS and automatically create tasks whenever new documents are uploaded or updated. Users can also choose an existing Asana project or create a new one directly from EDRMS to organize work more effectively.
This integration helps teams manage document reviews, approvals, compliance workflows, and follow-up actions without switching platforms. Tasks created in Asana always link back to the correct documents in EDRMS, ensuring clear visibility, faster collaboration, and improved tracking of pending work, due dates, and responsibilities. The goal is to bring document-driven workflows and task management together in one smooth experience.
How to connect EDRMS Docupile + Asana?
- Log in to your Docupile EDRMS account.
- Navigate to the Upload section and select the Asana option.
- Click Connect to Asana and authorize the Docupile app using your Asana account.
- Select the Asana workspace and projects you want to enable for syncing.
- Turn on Auto-Sync Attachments for any project to automatically transfer files uploaded to Asana tasks into the corresponding Docupile project folder.
- Once configured, any file added to an Asana task will be securely uploaded to Docupile without requiring further user action.
