What is Cortextual?
Cortextual connects your tools, conversations, and files into one intelligent space. It reads and links your notes, messages, and documents so you can instantly find answers, reuse knowledge, and build your company’s living memory.
How to connect Cortextual + Asana?
To sync Asana with Cortextual, you need an active Cortextual account with a supported subscription plan.
- Sign in to your Cortextual account.
- Go to Settings > Sources.
- Click Add new source.
- Select Asana from the list of available sources.
- Click Connect to start the Asana authorization flow.
- Sign in to Asana and grant Cortextual the requested permissions.
- After authorization is complete, you will be redirected back to Cortextual.
- Configure your Asana sync settings.
When configuring the sync, you can choose to:
- Sync your entire Asana organization
- Filter by team
- Filter by project
- Sync a single project
You can disconnect or delete your Asana source at any time. When a source is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from Cortextual’s database according to Cortextual’s data retention policy.
