What is Contalist?

Need to add contacts, clients, stakeholders to your task? This app is exactly what you need. With it, you can attach a 'business card' to your task, like you have seen in the image above. For now it can show the contact's name, company, title, email address, phone number & address.

You get a contact app, or a lightweight CRM, right inside Asana. After you create or import your contacts, clients, leads, stakeholders, etc., into our app, they are available in Asana, and you can attach a contact to your task by searching for it by name, or creating a new contact if it hasn't been imported. Once added to your task, you can find the contact's information at a glance. And you can click the 'business card' to go to our app, to view or edit more details about the contact. You get a central place to store your contacts, and no more copy & paste.
