The Marketing Operations team is responsible for unleashing productivity and innovation within Asana's marketing team, leveraging transformative technology and strategies, while orienting around the customer journey. We’re looking for a Platform Operations Specialist, Web & Ad Operations to support our marketing operations efforts in maintaining our foundational web tracking, ad tech and audience tools that enable effective campaign execution, optimization & measurement.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve
- Support the maintenance and governance of the ad platform technology stack.
- Assist with audience creation and data onboarding in our customer data platform and other data tools.
- Help set up and test campaigns in ad platforms, Marketo, and Salesforce
- Facilitate communication between external agencies and internal marketing teams by providing support on ad tech tools and platform integrations.
- Maintain and update performance dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have access to clear and actionable reports, and assist with data analysis.
- Support web analytics investigations and troubleshooting, including identifying tracking issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain tracking pixels, conversion events, and key user interactions across ad platforms, tag management systems, and our website to ensure data accuracy.
- Keep internal documentation up to date, including details related to our ad tech stack, tag placement, event tracking, and custom dimensions/metrics.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Google Marketing Platform, Meta, Linkedin, Google Ads, Tag Management System (Google Tag Manager or other TMS), CDP (customer data platform) experience preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

For this role, the estimated salary range is between 9,000 - 11,100 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the compensation range for this role may be modified.
