Product Owner, Customer Success
WarsawApply nowWe're looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join Asana's RevTech team. Revenue Technology (RevTech) is a key pillar within Asana's Enterprise technology function and is focused on supporting the Go-To-Market strategy and execution by binding the tools, technology, and data initiatives to drive growth and scale. This role will be an individual contributor primarily supporting Asana's Professional Services operations, systems, and tools, with emphasis on our PSA platform , while also supporting broader post-sales strategy and retention business processes.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve
- Own systems & tooling needs for Professional Services teams, with primary focus on PSA implementation, optimization, and administration
- Support additional business teams RevTech supports including Sales, Deal Lifecycle management, Renewals, Customer Success, Customer Education, and User Operations with tools such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, IronClad, SkillJar, Tableau
- Evaluate current state of Salesforce-based systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements specifically for Professional Services resource management, project tracking, and billing operations
- Be the Subject Matter Expert / Technical owner for Salesforce-based PSA tools and related systems, serving as E2E owner to manage administration, data hygiene, configuration, fit-gap analysis, cost reduction opportunities, value realization, contracts, best practices, access controls, and governance processes
- Close collaboration with business partners, the data & integrations team, and the product manager to quickly respond to system changes, optimize processes, and implement PSA best practices. Key activities include data monitoring, automation, and supporting roadmap execution through decisions on architecture and tools for Professional Services.
- Gather requirements, analyze data, document specifications, and support QA/UAT for Professional Services operations and processes
- Craft operational processes to ship enhancements and be accountable for overall delivery
- Drive new tool implementation/RFP processes, with focus on Salesforce ecosystem tools
About you
- 4+ years of experience working in an environment to support enterprise business systems Must have technology experience: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Force/Certinia , Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or similar tools. Technology experience with Salesforce CPQ, or similar tools is a plus.
- Professional Services Acumen: Deep understanding of Professional Services operations including resource management, project tracking, and billing processes. Also an understanding of how to scale those operations within a growing organization.
- Understanding Stakeholder Needs: Ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into product requirements. To do this, you need to have empathy for your customers, be able to conduct user research, and have a deep understanding of the customer journey.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about your product and how it fits into the larger picture of your company's goals and objectives. This means understanding market trends, competitive landscape, and how your product can differentiate itself in the market.
- Agile Methodology: In the world of product development, Agile methodology has become the industry standard. As a Product Owner, you need to have a deep understanding of Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. You need to be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Finally, as a Product Owner, you need to have strong communication skills to be able to effectively communicate the vision, goals, and requirements of your product to stakeholders, customers, and team members. You need to be able to listen actively, ask good questions, and provide clear and concise feedback. Additionally, you should be able to adapt your communication style to different audiences and situations.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 19,417 PLN - 24,750 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.
Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
