The Product team builds features end-to-end. From designing our data models to implementing the subtle interaction behaviors that differentiate good software from great software. We work closely with UI designers and are supported by our infrastructure team. We aim to delight users with both large new features and smaller, daily product enhancements—thanks to our continuous deployment architecture. We want to create a superlative user experience, down to the smallest details.

The Reporting Connections team provides executives and leaders with actionable insights. Reporting helps organizations share team and initiative progress with stakeholders outside of Asana. The product team builds features end-to-end, including data models and subtle interaction behaviors. We collaborate with UI designers and have infrastructure support. Our continuous delivery architecture allows us to delight users with new features and daily improvements.

This role is based in our Warsaw, Poland office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:

  • You’ll design and lead the implementation of high-impact reporting features that our customers are eagerly awaiting.
  • You will increase your team's efficiency and speed by promoting best practices in software design, coding, and testing.
  • You will craft the right abstractions that will enable other teams to add reporting functionality to their own features.
  • You will become a person of contact about issues related to scalability and performance of reporting features.
  • You will mentor other team members with your deep understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript and best practices of modern software development and conduct constructive software reviews

About you:

  • You know TypeScript at an idiomatic level. You are open to learning new technologies.
  • You have a prior experience with implementing dashboards, observability or reporting features.
  • You’re familiar with design systems and CSS frameworks. You feel comfortable with modern front-end development.
  • You understand enterprise-grade software design and integration patterns. You know how to write compelling design documents.
  • You have a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful full-stack features end-to-end.
  • You are passionate about clean code, software design and introducing best engineering practices
  • You can dive deep in any complex technical project and provide actionable insights about the problem
  • You aren’t religiously obsessed with DDD, TDD, Scrum or any particular best practices. You understand the tradeoffs of each choice.

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $37,000 - $46,167 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
