How to connect StreamWork + Asana?

  1. If you’re a StreamWork admin, install StreamWork from the Asana App Directory by clicking the "Add to Asana" button.
  2. Login in to your StreamWork account using your credentials.
  3. Grant StreamWork access to your Asana projects.
  4. Next, open your Asana project and create a task. Click the “+” sign in a blank column, navigate to “Choose from Library,” and add the following fields: Approval status, Media URL, Project URL, Media Name, Stage Name. Continue adding any other fields you would like to track. These fields will automatically sync with StreamWork.
  5. From within StreamWork, select the unique asset link you want to add to a task in Asana. Copy and paste the link into the “Attach Media” field in the relevant Asana task. Once added, the media file will automatically populate the fields you’ve set-up, such as approval status and stage name.
