What is Phase?

Phase is a biology-based productivity system that translates biological rhythms, starting with the menstrual cycle, into daily cognitive guidance. While Asana manages complex projects and team coordination, the Phase integration focuses on the person doing the work. It securely syncs your active Asana tasks into Phase, evaluating each one against your current cognitive profile across six key areas: energy, focus, motivation, creativity, reflection, and communication.

This read-only integration helps you prioritize your workload based on biological alignment rather than just reacting to urgency. Each task receives an alignment score, showing you which assignments fit your brain's current strengths and which are better saved for later in your cycle. By blending biological alignment with Asana's due dates and priority levels, Phase reduces decision fatigue and helps you do the right work at the exact right time, without ever altering your Asana boards.
