Turn conversations into Asana tasks and link them to existing work.
Nateq is a customer support platform for teams handling WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social messages in one inbox.
When a conversation turns into engineering work, an agent raises an Asana task from the thread itself — the customer's description is carried across, with a link back to the conversation on the task.
Agents can also search Asana and attach the conversation to a task that already exists, so the third customer to report a bug joins the task the first one produced instead of opening a duplicate.
From there, it stays in step: completing the task reopens the conversation so the customer hears about the fix they reported, comments posted in Asana reach the agent as a note, and an agent can reply or mark the task done without leaving the inbox.
A customer messages on WhatsApp that a parcel was marked delivered but never arrived. The agent presses Link work, searches Asana, and finds the operations team is already tracking it. They link the conversation instead of opening a duplicate. When ops completes the task, the conversation reopens, and the agent tells the customer.
Settings → Integrations → Asana → Disconnect. This removes the stored credentials and unregisters the webhooks Nateq created.
