• Attach MediaValet assets to Asana tasks as asset links, without leaving Asana.
• Push task attachments from Asana into MediaValet, with dynamic metadata mapping from your Asana custom fields to MediaValet attributes.
• Automatically push assets from Asana to MediaValet using rule-based triggers, including task status changes, custom field updates, assignee changes, date-based rules, and asset uploads.
• Auto-tag exported assets with Asana context—including project, section, task, assignee, and due date via the context-aware uploader.

How to connect MediaValet + Asana?

Prerequisites:

• An active MediaValet account with sufficient permissions.
• An Asana account with access to the workspace you want to connect.

Steps:

1. In Asana, click “Customize” on your project.
2. Choose “Apps → Add”.
3. Search for MediaValet.
4. Click “Add to Project”.
5. Log in to your MediaValet account when prompted.
6. Authorize MediaValet to access your Asana workspace.
7. A success message will confirm that MediaValet is now connected to your project.
