Install LuminaNotes for Asana

What is LuminaNotes?

LuminaNotes is the AI meeting assistant for B2B sales teams. After every Zoom, Meet, or Teams call, our AI generates a clean summary with action items, scores the deal on BANT/MEDDIC frameworks, drafts a personalized follow-up email in Gmail Drafts, and pushes structured notes to HubSpot or Salesforce.

This Asana integration adds two key superpowers:

  1. Surface existing Asana tasks mentioned during meetings as inline references in the call summary.
  2. Create new Asana tasks from action items the user wants to track, with structured fields: assignee, due date, project, custom fields for deal name and priority.

Reps install once, then every meeting flows action items into the right Asana project automatically. No more typing tasks after every call.

How to connect LuminaNotes + Asana?
