What is Influencer Hero?
Connect Influencer Hero with Asana to automate your influencer project management. Automatically create tasks in any Asana project when deals reach specific stages in your campaigns. Assign tasks to team members, include deal details (influencer handle, platform, followers, campaign name, and direct deal link), and keep your team organized without manual data entry.
How to connect Influencer Hero + Asana?
- Log in to Influencer Hero.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find Asana and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to Asana — log in and click Allow.
- You will be redirected back to Influencer Hero and Asana shows as Connected.
To use the integration:
- Open any Campaign Board.
- Go to Campaign Automation → Add Rule.
- Under Actions, click Add Action → select Asana → Create Asana Task.
- Choose an Asana project, set a task name, and optionally assign a user.
- Save and activate the rule.
- When a deal matches the rule conditions, a task is automatically created in the selected Asana project with the influencer's details included.
