2. Fetching Projects & Tasks: Automatically retrieve lists of projects, tasks, or subtasks to generate custom reports or perform data analysis.
3. Monitoring Workspaces & Teams: Read team and workspace information for resource management and progress overviews.
4. Syncing User Data: Get lists of users to maintain consistency across internal and external systems.
5. Asana as a Destination: After a workflow has processed data (e.g., generated a report or a conclusion via an AI model), it can automatically write the results back to Asana. Key use cases include:
6. Creating Projects & Tasks: Automatically create new projects or tasks in Asana based on triggers from other systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
7. Updating Projects & Tasks: Push analysis results, status changes, or AI-generated summaries directly into the descriptions of specified Asana tasks or projects.
8. Adding Comments & Tags: Automatically add comments (e.g., "Report has been generated") or apply specific tags when a task reaches a certain stage in a process.

How to connect GoInsight.AI + Asana?

To connect your Asana account within the GoInsight platform, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the GoInsight Platform: Access your GoInsight account.
2. Navigate to the 'Credentials' Module: Find and select "Credentials" from the main platform menu.
3. Add a New Credential: Click the "Add Credential" button, which will open a list of available services.
4. Select Asana: Find and choose "Asana" from the list.
5. Authorize the Connection: You will be redirected to the standard Asana OAuth consent page. Please log in to your Asana account and approve the requested permissions for GoInsight.
6. Save the Credential: Upon successful authorization, you will be returned to GoInsight. Give your newly created credential a unique name (e.g., "My Company's Asana Account") and save it.

You can now select and use this credential from the configuration panel of any relevant tool when designing your workflows.
