What is Glob.AI?

Glob.AI (glob.ai) is Globant's AI-Native Tech Services platform. It delivers governed, outcome-based execution through AI Pods — specialized AI teams supervised by Globant experts — that take ownership of defined scopes of work. This connector allows those AI Pods, as well as Globant employees using Glob.AI, to manage Asana tasks and projects as part of supervised, traceable workflows. All actions are auditable and reviewed by domain experts before advancing. Typical use cases include:

• Creating, updating, and querying Asana tasks and projects from natural-language requests.
• Summarizing project status, task backlogs, and team workload across Asana projects.
• Automating routine project management actions (task creation, status updates, assignments) as part of larger AI-driven workflows orchestrated by Glob.AI.
• Connecting Asana data with other enterprise systems already integrated into the Glob.AI connector ecosystem.

How to connect Glob.AI + Asana?

1. Ensure you have a valid Glob.AI account.
2. From the Glob.AI connector settings, select Asana and click Connect.
3. Authorize access via OAuth using your Asana credentials — you'll be prompted to grant access to your Asana workspace(s).
4. Once connected, you can interact with Asana directly through Glob.AI using natural-language requests (e.g., "create a task in the Marketing project," "show me my overdue tasks").
5. No additional configuration is required. Access is scoped to the workspaces and projects the authenticated user already has permission to view or edit in Asana.

Example use case: A project manager asks Glob.AI to summarize task status across a project and automatically create follow-up tasks for overdue items.
